Returns & Exchanges
If you've purchased a non-discounted product, you may exchange it at any of our stores within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
For a seamless exchange experience, please bring a copy of your receipt and all original packaging material, including the price label and any inserts, stiffener or ribbons, in its original, undamaged condition.
If you've purchased a non-discounted product and are within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of delivery, you may return it to one of our stores for a refund within the mentioned time frame.
Please note that this refund policy is currently only valid for customers in Islamabad, Lahore, Multan & Karachi.
In addition to a copy of your receipt, kindly bring the original packaging material, including the price label and any inserts, stiffener or ribbons, in its original, undamaged condition for a smooth refund process.
For cash on delivery orders, you'll receive a cash refund at the store once the product is returned. For online payments or bank transfers, The Linen Company will initiate the refund process during business hours after the product is returned to the store. A proof of the initiation will be shared with you, and the time frame for the refund to reflect on your account will be determined by your bank.
Unfortunately, products purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
