Exchanges

If you've purchased a non-discounted product, you may exchange it at any of our stores within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery. For online orders, simply drop us an email at hello@thelinen.company or call or Whatsapp us at +923167770770 to initiate your exchange. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and ensure a seamless exchange experience.

For a seamless exchange experience, please bring a copy of your receipt and all original packaging material, including the price label and any inserts, stiffener or ribbons, in their original, undamaged condition.

 

Refunds

The Linen Company does not provide a return policy. Nevertheless, we can assist you in initiating an exchange for your non-discounted item(s). Instead, customers will receive a voucher of equal value, applicable exclusively for online store purchases. This voucher can be utilized immediately or saved for future transactions. Please consult the Exchange policy outlined above for detailed instructions or contact our customer care department.

Please note any product from our Home Fragrances line are neither exchangeable nor returnable.

 

Order Cancellation

Customers have the flexibility to cancel their orders before the processing stage commences. Following shipment, a confirmation with the COD amount and order tracking ID will be sent via email and/or SMS. Once shipped, the exchange policy outlined earlier will apply to the order. The Linen Company retains the authority to cancel orders under circumstances such as item unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.

Note: If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, The Linen Company is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.

 

International Orders

Presently, The Linen Company does not have a specific Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, kindly reach out to our customer care department for assistance.

Note: Prior to opening your order, we recommend to capture images of the package and invoice and keep them with you until you confirm the completeness of your order. This precautionary measure will facilitate the timely resolution of any concerns in the event of receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

 

Unfortunately, products purchased during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
