Exchange Eligibility
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase or delivery if they meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused and unwashed
✔ In original condition
✔ Original packaging intact
✔ Price labels and tags attached
Important
— Exchanges are not accepted simply because the customer changed their mind or no longer likes the design
— Colour variations due to screen settings are not considered a defect
— Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned

In-Store Exchange
Visit any The Linen Company retail outlet within 30 days and bring your original receipt.
Online Orders
To initiate an exchange:

Our team will guide you through a smooth exchange process.
Please note:
Customers must bring the product to a store or send it to our warehouse at their own expense.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
If a product has a quality issue or manufacturing defect, you may choose:
• An exchange
• An online shopping voucher of the same value
Refunds may only be processed in rare cases where the replacement item is out of stock.
Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the exchange policy.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details and COD amount when your order is dispatched.
The Linen Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
• Stock unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment issues (e.g. declined card)
Important:
If an order is refused at delivery, we are not liable for refunds or compensation.
International Orders
Currently, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact our customer service team.
Tip:
Before opening your package, photograph the parcel and invoice to help us resolve any issues quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
